Il laboratorio prevede l’approfondimento teorico dei principali metodi di ricerca in psicologia clinica, ed esercizi pratici di lettura critica di ricerche pubblicate su riviste internazionali, ideazione di un disegno di ricerca, somministrazione di test, e analisi dei dati.

Il laboratorio si prefigge di fornire allo studente le conoscenze e le competenze di base necessarie per svolgere ricerche bibliografiche, leggere articoli scientifici in chiave critica, comprendere le principali metodologie di indagine in psicologia clinica, ideare una ricerca scientifica, e saperne interpretare i risultati.

Lezioni frontali, lavoro di gruppo, discussione di gruppo. Le attività si terranno esclusivamente in presenza. Si ricorda che la frequenza in aula è OBBLIGATORIA e che sono previste diverse ore di lavoro supplementare da svolgere autonomamente.

La valutazione avviene attraverso il monitoraggio dell'attiva partecipazione degli studenti durante le attività previste dal laboratorio e mediante la valutazione sufficiente dell’elaborato finale che lo studente è chiamato a produrre sulle attività svolte individualmente ed in gruppo. Dal momento che la presenza in aula è OBBLIGATORIA per tutte le giornate previste dal TPV, agli studenti verrà chiesto di firmare un foglio di presenza riportando nome, cognome e numero di matricola.
Accertata la presenza dello studente in aula per tutte le attività previste dal TPV, l'idoneità viene acquisita con una valutazione sufficiente dell'elaborato finale.

Durante il TPV, il docente fornisce una breve spiegazione sulle modalità di svolgimento delle attività richieste (che saranno oggetto di valutazione) ed è disponibile per fare tutoraggio.

The course consists of an in-depth theoretical review of the main methods of investigation of the clinical psychology, as well as practical exercises in critical reading of research published in international journals, devising a research design, administering tests, and analysing data.

The course aims to provide students with the basic knowledge and skills required to conduct bibliographic research, read scientific articles critically, understand the main methods of investigation of the clinical psychology design scientific research, and interpret the results.

Frontal lessons, group work, group discussion. Please note that classroom attendance is MANDATORY and that students are required to carry out several activities at home.

The evaluation will consist of monitoring the active participation of the students during the workshop activities and assessing the final report that students are asked to produce on the activities carried out individually and in groups. As classroom attendance is MANDATORY for all scheduled TPV activities, students will be asked to sign an attendance sheet indicating their first name, last name and student number.
After the student's presence in the classroom has been ascertained for all the activities foreseen by the TPV, the suitability is acquired with the sufficient evaluation of the report.

During the TPV, the lecturer provides a brief explanation on how to carry out the required activities (which will be assessed) and is available for tutoring.
