    Obiettivi formativi

    attivare le competenze linguistiche necessarie per comunicare in contesti quotidiani ed accademici mediante l'utilizzo di materiali didattici selezionati e graduati con riferimento al livello B1 del CEFR (Quadro Comune di Riferimento Europeo) per l'apprendimento di una lingua straniera

    Prerequisiti

    una conoscenza base della lingua inglese di livello A2 del CEFR (Quadro comune di riferimento Europeo)

    Metodologie didattiche

    strategie didattico-metodologiche di tipo blended con lezioni frontali e momenti di auto apprendimento guidato con esercitazioni linguistico- comunicative autonome su siti web indicati dalla docente

    Metodi di valutazione

    L'acquisizione dei crediti formativi (4 CFU) avviene mediante l’accertamento della padronanza delle abilità linguistiche in un contesto di comunicazione sia quotidiano che accademico e sarà basato sui seguenti contenuti:
    A) 4 episodi da "English at University";
    B) quesiti a scelta multipla per l'accertamento delle competenze grammaticali previste a livello B1, con riferimento in particolare ai seguenti tempi verbali e strutture grammaticali:
present simple/present continuous; 
simple past/present perfect; simple 
future forms; 
modals 
conditionals (1st and 2nd)
; passive (present and past; 
reported speech;
    C) testi e tests presenti nelle sezioni di auto-valutazione del libro di testo di riferimento.

    Course objectives

    to activate the linguistic abilities needed every day and academic situations through the use of selected and graded didactic materials aligned with B1 level of CEFR (Common European Framework) for the study of a foreign language

    Prerequisites

    basic knowledge of English language based on A2 level of CEFR (Common European Framework)

    Teaching methods

    blended teaching strategies combining in presence classes and self-study learning on suggested websites

    Evaluation methods

    Course credits (4 CFU) are obtained through the assessment of communicative language skills in everyday and academic situations through the completion of activities
    based on the following contents:
    A) 4 episodes from "English at University";
    B) multiple choice questions to test grammar structures and verb tenses required at B1 level:
present simple/present continuous
; simple past/present perfect; simple
future forms
; modals; 
conditionals (1st and 2nd);
 passive (present and past);
 reported speech;
    C) the completion of the texts and the tests in the self assessment sections of the textbook.
