Contenuti | L'insegnamento di Dinamiche di gruppo in contesti clinici costituisce un modulo dell'insegnamento di Dinamiche di gruppo e delle relazioni (Cdl A30, codice A423045, a.a. 2022- 2023. I contenuti del modulo di Dinamiche di gruppo in contesti clinici riguardano la psicodinamica dei gruppi in contesti clinici, in un'ottica psicoanalitica. Si descriverà il loro strutturarsi, le leggi, i principi e i processi che li regolano, il rapporto tra individuo e gruppo e tra mondo intrapsichico e legami inter soggettivi, i conflitti e le difese, funzionali e disfunzionali, l'analisi dei livelli inconsci e consci; la cura attraverso il gruppo, in presenza di disagio psichico o psicopatologie conclamate così come in situazioni traumatiche, individuali e/o familiari. Ci si avvarrà di testi di riferimento scritti dai massimi esponenti del pensiero psicoanalitico sui gruppi, italiani e stranieri, a partire dai fondatori e arrivando all'era contemporanea, all'attualità della clinica esercitata con i gruppi e nei gruppi. Verranno illustrati, a titolo esemplificativo, l'uso del gruppo psicoterapeutico con bambini e adulti, nell'ambito delle istituzioni, socio-assistenziali e sanitarie, delle comunità, nonché le dinamiche gruppali proprie delle stesse istituzioni. Ciò allo scopo di consentire a gli studenti del corso di prefigurarsi i diversi modelli di intervento clinico, anche non psicoterapeutico, attraverso lo strumento del gruppo e di apprendere i criteri di scelta dell'uno o dell'altro modello, in base alla domanda, al contesto, alla tipologia dei destinatari. |

Obiettivi formativi | Conoscenza delle principali concezioni del "gruppo", della gruppalità psichica inconscia, dei legami gruppali, del rapporto individuo-gruppo, delle dinamiche interpsichiche e intersoggettive che caratterizzano il funzionamento gruppale, visti nell'ottica analitica e a partire dai "fondatori" della disciplina della psicoanalisi di gruppo e seguendone gli sviluppi e le estensioni attraverso autori italiani e stranieri contemporanei e i loro più recenti contributi editi in lingua italiana. |
Prerequisiti | Avere acquisito i fondamenti della psicologia dinamica e clinica nel corso di studi triennale. |
Metodologie didattiche | Lezioni frontali in presenza o su piattaforma Ms Teams in caso di emergenze sanitarie da COVID-19 e sue varianti. La docente esporrà oralmente ed eventualmente con l'ausilio di slide e/o contenuti multimediali (video esemplificativi del tema trattato) i contenuti del programma del corso di Dinamiche di gruppo in contesti clinici,richiedendo la partecipazione degli studenti alla discussione in itinere su tali contenuti, a porre quesiti e a elaborare un pensiero critico, analitico, con l'aiuto della docente . Sarà favorita anche la formazione di piccoli gruppi di studio su adesione spontanea, per coloro che desiderassero approfondire alcuni temi e sperimentare un lavoro di gruppo e i modi in cui si sviluppa e funziona un pensiero gruppale. Questo non costituirà fattore pregiudizialmente favorevole ai fini dell'esame di profitto (ad esempio un bonus per un voto più alto), rispetto ad altri studenti che non scelgano tale modalità di studio e di apprendimento. Il vantaggio è insito nell'apprendimento più rapido e approfondito al tempo stesso. Ai non frequentanti che lo dovessero richiedere, la docente dedicherà un tempo specifico, durante il ricevimento studenti, per fornire ulteriori informazioni utili a guidarli nella metodologia di studio più efficace per loro. |
Metodi di valutazione | L'esame si volge in forma orale e in presenza . L'esame del modulo sarà prenotabile solo nelle prenotazioni dell’appello di Dinamiche di gruppo e delle relazioni (A423045) , in comune con l'altro modulo (Prof. R. Galiani) . Gli studenti hanno facoltà di sostenere in appelli diversi l'esame del singolo modulo, tuttavia l'assegnazione dei 12 crediti complessivi ,dopo la registrazione del voto di profitto positivo, avverrà solo quando il/la candidato/a avrà sostenuto e superato entrambi gli esami, dei due moduli . Il voto finale sarà ricavato dalla media di due voti ottenuti per i due esami, approssimata per difetto. L'esame si svolgerà individualmente e in forma orale. Per quanto riguarda il modulo di Dinamiche di gruppo in contesti clinici, il/la candidato/a sarà libero/a di conferire sul programma di studio partendo da una propria mappa concettuale, o da un argomento prescelto. La docente formulerà domande per appurare: a) l'avvenuta o meno acquisizione dei concetti fondamentali della disciplina; b) la capacità di elaborare un pensiero critico; c) il sapere differenziare le diverse concezioni teoriche e le diverse metodologie cliniche per i gruppi, valutandone l'applicabilità nei vari contesti; f) la chiarezza dell'esposizione dei contenuti appresi e il saper discuterne con la docente. |

Contents | The teaching of Group Dynamics in Clinical Contexts is a module of the teaching of Group Dynamics and Relationships (Cdl A30, code A423045, a.y. 2022- 2023.The course deals with the psychodynamics of groups in clinical contexts, from a psychoanalytic point of view. Their structure, the laws, the principles and processes that govern them, the relationship between individual and group and between the intrapsychic world and intersubjective links, the functional and dysfunctional conflicts and defenses, the analysis of unconscious and conscious levels are described; care through the group, in the presence of mental illness or overt psychopathology as well as in traumatic situations, individual and / or family. Reference texts written by the leading exponents of psychoanalytic thought on Italian and foreign groups will be used, starting from the founders and reaching the contemporary era, to the actuality of the clinic practiced with groups and groups. The use of the psychotherapeutic group with children and adults will be illustrated, by way of example, within the institutions, social welfare and health, of the communities, as well as the group dynamics of the same institutions. This in order to allow the students of the course to prefigure the different models of clinical intervention, even non-psychotherapeutic, through the group's tool and to learn the criteria for choosing one or the other model, based on the question, to the context, to the type of recipients. |

Course objectives | Knowledge of the main conceptions of the "group", of the unconscious psychic groupality, of group bonds, of the individual-group relationship, of the interpsychic and intersubjective dynamics that characterize the group functioning, seen from the analytical perspective and from the "founders" of the discipline of group psychoanalysis and following its developments and extensions through contemporary Italian and foreign authors and their most recent contributions published in Italian. |
Prerequisites | Have acquired the fundamentals of dynamic and clinical psychology in the three-year course of study |
Teaching methods | Lectures in presence or on the Ms Teams platform in case of health emergencies from COVID-19 and its variants.Lectures: the lecturer will present the contents of the program of group dynamics in clinical contexts, requesting the participation of the students in the ongoing discussion, orally and possibly with slides and / or multimedia contents (example videos of the subject treated). on such contents, to ask questions and to elaborate a critical, analytical thought, with the help of the teacher. The formation of small study groups on spontaneous adhesion will also be favored, for those who wish to deepen some themes and experience a group work and the ways in which a group thought develops and works. This will not constitute a prejudicially favorable factor for the purposes of the examination of profit (for example a bonus for a higher grade), compared to other students who do not choose this mode of study and learning. The advantage is inherent in learning faster and deeper at the same time. For non-attending students, the lecturer will dedicate a specific time, during student reception, to provide additional information to guide them in the most effective study methodology for them. |
Evaluation methods | The exam will take place in presence. The examination of the form will be bookable only in the reservations of the appeal of Group Dynamics and relationships (A423045), in common with the other module (Prof. R. Galiani). Students have the right to take the exam of the single module in different exams, however the assignment of the 12 total credits, after the registration of the positive profit grade, will take place only when the candidate has taken and passed both exams, of the two modules. The final grade will be derived from the average of two marks obtained for the two exams,approximated bydefault. The exam will take place individually and in oral form. As for the module of Group Dynamics in clinical contexts, the candidate will be free to confer on the study program starting from his own concept map, or from a chosen topic. The teacher will formulate questions to ascertain: a) the acquisition or not of the fundamental concepts of the discipline; b) the ability to process critical thinking; c) the knowledge to differentiate the different theoretical conceptions and the different clinical methodologies for the groups, evaluating their applicability in the various contexts; f) the clarity of the exposition of the contents learned and the ability to discuss it with the teacher.The exam will be taken individually and orally. The candidate will be free to confer on the study program starting from his own conceptual map, or from a chosen topic. The teacher will ask questions to ascertain: a) the successful or not acquisition of the fundamental concepts of the discipline; b) the ability to process critical thinking; c) knowing how to differentiate the different theoretical concepts and the different clinical methodologies for groups, evaluating their applicability in various contexts; f) the clarity of the presentation of the contents learned and the ability to discuss it with the teacher |
Other information | It is advisable to proceed with the study of the texts starting from the text of W.R. Bion "Experiences in groups", then to follow the order of the list of texts indicated by the teacher.Any necessary change in the day, time or method of lesson and reception will be communicated by notice on the Department's website.
