Non-EU applicants residing abroad who wish to enrol in the Master's Degree programmes in Applied Psychology, Clinical-Dynamic Psychology, or Psychology of Cognitive Processes must meet the academic admission requirements specified in the annual Call for Applications. The annual Call for Applications is normally published between May and June and provides detailed information on admission requirements, deadlines, available places, and selection procedures.
The Master's Degree programmes in Applied Psychology and Clinical-Dynamic Psychology are taught exclusively in Italian. However, teaching materials are also made available in English, and international students may take their examinations in English upon agreement with the course teachers.
The Master's Degree programme in Psychology of Cognitive Processes offers a mixed-language curriculum. The first year is taught in Italian, with teaching materials available in English, and international students may also take their examinations in English. During the first year, students may apply for selection to the Double Degree Programme jointly offered by the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" and the Université de Lille (France). Further information is available at: https://www.psicologia.unicampania.it/international.
The second year includes the international curriculum "Cognitive Psychology and Psychophysiology", which is entirely taught and assessed in English.
HOW TO APPLY: As a first step, applicants must complete the pre-enrolment procedure through the Universitaly portal (https://www.universitaly.it/), uploading all the required academic documentation. Pre-enrolment through Universitaly is mandatory for the visa and eligibility assessment process.
After completing the Universitaly pre-enrolment, candidates must submit their application through the University online admission system within the deadlines indicated in the Call for Applications. Prospective students are strongly advised to complete the Universitaly procedure well in advance to allow the relevant Italian Diplomatic or Consular Authorities sufficient time to process the application. In addition, eligible candidates are required to attend a brief online interview to verify a basic knowledge of the Italian language.
For complete information on eligibility criteria, required documents, deadlines, and admission procedures, applicants should refer to the official annual Call for Applications.
