| Contenuti | Il corso tratterà i modelli teorici della psicologia sperimentale su cui si fondano le applicazioni della psicologia cognitiva ai contesti di vita reale. |

| Obiettivi formativi | Conoscere e comprendere lo sviluppo delle principali teorie in psicologia cognitiva ed il modo in cui esse hanno trovato e trovano applicazione nei contesti reali. |
| Prerequisiti | Conoscenze di base in Psicologia Generale |
| Metodi didattici | Lezioni frontali e, in misura minore, metodologie interattive come lavori di gruppo. |
| Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento | È consentito sostenere l'esame in inglese. In tali casi, gli studenti sono tenuti a contattare il professore via e-mail con largo anticipo rispetto alla data dell’esame, al fine di concordare il materiale didattico e le relative modalità d’esame. |

| Contents | The course will focus on the theoretical models of experimental psychology, on which applications of cognitive psychology to real-life contexts are based. |

| Course objectives | Developing knowledge and understanding of the main theories of cognitive psychology and the way in which they have been and still are translated into practical applications in real life contexts. |
| Prerequisites | Basic knowledge in General Psychology |
| Teaching methods | Frontal lectures and, to a lesser extent, interactive methodologies such as group work. |
| Assessment methods | Students are permitted to take the exam in English. In such cases, students are required to contact the professor via email well in advance of the exam date, in order to agree on the teaching materials and the corresponding examination procedures. |
