    Contenuti

    Presentare la disciplina della vittimologia, disciplina che si occupa di studiare le caratteristiche delle vittime, della loro relazione con il criminale e degli effetti che il crimine ha nella loro vita, in un’ottica preventiva e riparativa.
    Integrare la presentazione degli argomenti teorici tramite interventi seminariali tenuti dagli esperti e/o visite tecniche presso strutture/enti che a diverso titolo si occupano di tutela delle vittime e contrasto ai fenomeni di vittimizzazione, e le loro applicazioni pratiche.

    Obiettivi formativi

    Al termine del laboratorio, lo studente deve conoscere i fondamenti teorici della vittimologia, gli interventi normativi ed istituzionali in materia di vittime e di reo, le strategie e le metodologie utili per la pianificazioni di interventi di gestione dei casi.
    Il laboratorio è pertanto finalizzato all’acquisizione di competenze utili e fondamentali nell’approccio alle vittime di reato con particolare riferimento alle vittime di violenza e ai minori.
    Pertanto l’insegnamento è finalizzato a un percorso formativo al termine del quale lo studente abbia la capacità di integrare le conoscenze teoriche e pratiche acquisite, ed individuare, padroneggiare e saper utilizzare strategie di accoglienza, prevenzione e gestione delle vittime.

    Metodologie didattiche

    48 ore di lezioni (6 cfu; 16 lezioni) frontali, simulazioni, lavori di gruppo incentrati sulle tematiche inerenti l’oggetto di studio.
    Sarà prevista la possibilità di interventi seminariali in collaborazione con esperti del settore che a diverso titolo si occupano di tutela delle vittime e di contrasto ai fenomeni di vittimizzazione.

    Metodi di valutazione

    Idoneità.
    Al fine di ottenere l’idoneità bisogna aver seguito l’80% delle lezioni e aver sostenuto una prova orale. La prova orale (della durata di almeno 30 minuti) verte sulla valutazione di un lavoro di gruppo (massimo 2 partecipanti) su uno degli argomenti trattati durante il laboratorio o comunque affini alla disciplina della Vittimologia.
    I lavori di gruppo dovranno essere realizzati in PowerPoint (massimo 30 slides), ed essere organizzati in maniera tale da contenere: 1) back ground teorico/ stato dell'arte della letteratura scientifica, 2) definizione/i della tematica oggetto del lavoro, 3) possibili interventi di prevenzione e contrasto.
    In base al numero degli iscritti la prova orale può venire svolta in giorni diversi.
    Il PowerPoint va inviato via mail alla docente almeno 5 giorni prima della data dell’esame.

    Laboratorio di Vittimologia
    Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Psicologia Applicata (B32)

    6 cfu, 48 ore, 16 lezioni.
    Lo scopo del laboratorio è quello di presentare la disciplina della vittimologia, disciplina che si occupa di studiare le caratteristiche delle vittime, della loro relazione con il criminale e degli effetti che il crimine ha nella loro vita, in un’ottica preventiva e riparativa.
    La finalità del laboratorio è di integrare la presentazione degli argomenti teorici cercando di approfondirli anche tramite possibili interventi seminariali tenuti dagli esperti.
    Nel corso del laboratorio verranno trattati i seguenti argomenti, la nascita della vittimologia, le tipologie di vittime, le conseguenze del crimine sulle vittime, metodologie di intervento e strumenti per l’individuazione delle condotte violente, valutazione del rischio, contrasto alla recidiva, il metodo SARA. Particolare attenzione sarà data ai fenomeni di abuso, violenza e maltrattamento sui minori (in famiglia e in età scolare). Verranno inoltre presentati piani di prevenzione, intervento e gestione dei casi relativi sia agli autori che alle vittime di reato.
    Esame: in ogni appello è prevista una prova orale.

    Victimology deals with studying the characteristics of victims, their relationship with the criminal and the effects that crime has in their lives, in a preventive and reparative perspective.
    The laboratory will integrate the presentation of theoretical topics through seminars held by experts and technical visits to structures / bodies that deal with the protection of victims and the contrast of the victimization phenomena, and their practical applications

    Course objectives

    At the end of the laboratory, each student will be able to know the theoretical foundations of victimology, interventions strategies for victims and offenders, and methodologies useful for planning case management interventions. The laboratory is therefore aimed at acquiring useful and fundamental skills in the approach to victims of crime with particular reference to victims of violence and minors. Therefore the laboratory will be aimed at a training course at the end of which each student will have the ability to integrate the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired, and to identify, and know how to use strategies for the reception, prevention and victims’ management.

    Teaching methods

    48 hours of lectures (6 credits, 16 lessons), simulations, groups’ activities on topics related to study’s object. There will be the possibility of seminar interventions in collaboration with experts in the field that, for different reasons, are responsible for the protection of victims and the contrast victimization phenomena.

    Evaluation methods

    Suitability.
    For obtain suitability one must have followed 80% of the lessons and have taken an oral exam. The oral exam (lasting at least 30 minutes) is about the evaluation of a group work (maximum 2 participants) on one of the topics covered during the laboratory or concerning Victimology.
    The group work must be realized in PowerPoint (maximum 30 slides), and it must contain: 1) theoretical back ground/ state of the art, 2) definition (s) of the subject of the work, 3) possible prevention and contrast measures.
    Depending on the number of members, the oral exam can be held on different days.
    The PowerPoint must be sent by mail to the teacher at least 5 days before the exam date.

    6 cfu, 48 hours, 16 lessons.
    The aim of the laboratory is to present the discipline of victimology, a discipline that deals with studying the characteristics of the victims, their relationship with the criminal and the effects that the crime has in their lives, in a preventive and reparative perspective.
    The laboratory's goal is to integrate the presentation of the theoretical topics trying to deepen through the seminars of experts.
    During the laboratory the following topics will be dealt with: the birth of victimology, the types of victims, the crime’s consequences on victims, methodologies of intervention and tools for the identification of violent behavior, risk assessment and the fight against recidivism, the method SARA.
    Particular attention will be given to minors' abuse, violence and maltreatment of (both in the family and the school school).It will also be presented: prevention, intervention and case management plans related to perpetrators and victims of crime
    Exam: an oral exam is scheduled for each appeal.
