| Obiettivi formativi | Il laboratorio si propone di fornire conoscenze approfondite sulla valutazione neuropsicologica in età evolutiva e sui principali strumenti formalizzati usati per la definizione dei diversi profili associati ai disturbi del neurosviluppo. Al termine del laboratorio lo studente dovrà essere in grado di: |

| Programma esteso | Il docente fornirà, attraverso una presentazione in PowerPoint, una breve panoramica introduttiva dei concetti essenziali della neuropsicologia dello sviluppo e dei principali strumenti per la valutazione formalizzata. Fornirà inoltre studi di caso esemplificativi (circa 2 ore – 0,25 CFU). |

| Contents | The laboratory is dedicated to the study of the formalized measures used in developmental neuropsychological assessment. The main neuropsychological tests employed in clinical practice will be presented and discussed, with particular emphasis on their administration procedures, scoring methods, and the interpretation of test results. Special attention will be devoted to the assessment tools used to characterize the different cognitive and functional profiles associated with neurodevelopmental disorders. The laboratory will provide students with theoretical and methodological knowledge of assessment procedures aimed at supporting diagnostic evaluation and the identification of the functional profile of the major neurodevelopmental conditions. |

| Course objectives | The laboratory is designed to provide in-depth knowledge of developmental neuropsychological assessment and of the main standardized instruments used to characterize the different profiles associated with neurodevelopmental disorders. At the end of the laboratory, students will be expected to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: |

| Detailed syllabus | The Professor will provide a brief introductory overview of the fundamental concepts of developmental neuropsychology and the main standardized assessment instruments through a PowerPoint presentation. In addition, illustrative clinical case studies will be presented (approximately 2 hours – 0.25 ECTS credits). |
