Basi teoriche per la definizione delle dinamiche di reti sociali

Definizione e raccolta di dati sperimentali

Allo studente sarà richiesto di:
• discutere un articolo sulle dinamiche delle reti sociali
• definire un progetto per la raccolta dati che possa giustificare comportamenti sociali oppure il tipo di ’elaborazione
• c) definire un progetto con risultati interdiscipliari e relative applicazioni

Argomenti discussi durante il laboratorio:
• Dinamica delle strutture e reti sociali
• Metodi per la raccolta dati
• Aspetti etici nella ricerca sulle reti sociali
Questi argomenti saranno discussi dallo student durante il laboratorio. A questo scopo la partecipazione al laboratorio è fondamentale per il superamento dell’esame.
Sono necessaria consultazioni con il docente per definire I metodi e I progetti di raccolta dati, che vanno oltre le ore destinate al corso

Theoretical basis for the definition and the use of social network dynamics for social information processing, background notes and practical exercises

Experimental Data Collection

The students will be asked to:
• Discuss a research paper on social systems and data structures and
• Define a project for data collections that explains social behaviors and social information processing or
• Define a project on interdisciplinary results and applications .

Topics to be discussed during the Laboratory of Social Network Dynamics

• Social systems and data structures
• Methods for data collection
• Ethical issues for social network research

These topics will be discussed by the students during the lab hours. To this aim, the participation to the lab is fundamental for facilitating the learning and the development of the experimental project for the final examination.

Intermediate consultations with the teacher are foreseen in order to pass the exam. To this aims, each student’s team is required, before the project discussion to take an appointment with the teacher in order to define the details of their course work.
