Contenuti | Durante il laboratorio gli studenti verranno guidati nella lettura critica e discussione della letteratura. Verranno formulate ipotesi, decisi e creati gli strumenti di ricerca ed eseguiti esperimenti. |

Obiettivi formativi | Gli studenti dovranno essere in grado di pianificare ed eseguire una ricerca in psicologia dei processi cognitivi. |
Prerequisiti | è consigliabile aver frequentato il corso di Metodi e Tecniche di Analisi dei dati |
Metodologie didattiche | Durante il corso gli studenti saranno guidati nella scelta critica della letteratura, nella formulazione di ipotesi e nella pianificazione ed esecuzione sperimentale. |
Metodi di valutazione | Il laboratorio fornisce un giudizio di idoneità, che deve essere conseguita prima di accedere all’esame orale di Neuroscienze Cognitive e Laboratorio. Gli studenti devono produrre un elaborato sull’attività svolta (circa 2-3 pagine, in italiano o in inglese). L’elaborato che può essere redatto da gruppi di studenti (max 4 studenti per ogni gruppo) deve contenere: Introduzione e ipotesi, Metodi e Risultati Attesi. Contents | During the laboratory the students will be guided in the critical reading and discussion of the literature. Will be formulated and tested research hypotheses. Students will create research tools and will carry out experiments |
Textbook and course materials | Papers provided by the professors (see on the web page “Cognitive Neurosciences and Laboratory”) and self-selected literature on the area of interest |
Course objectives | Students learn to plan and perform experiments in cognitive psychology. |
Prerequisites | it is advisable to have attended the course of Data Analysis Methods and Techniques |
Teaching methods | In the lab the students will be guided in the critical choice of the literature, in the hypotheses formulation and in the experimental planning and execution. |
Evaluation methods | The laboratory provides a judgment of suitability, which must be obtained before the oral examination (for the exam of Cognitive Neurosciences and Laboratory). Students must produce a short paper on the activity performed during the laboratory (about 2-3 pages, in Italian or English). The paper can be written by groups of students (max 4 students for each group) and it consists of: Introduction and hypothesis, Methods and Expected Results.
